SBAR Education through Technology and Simulation

This is a 3 part course funded by Health Education Kent, Surrey and Sussex and developed through a joint partnership between Sussex Community NHS Trust and Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. We train staff in care homes how to use SBAR as a communication tool.
